  Cold Hors d'oeuvres
 1. Fresh Fruit Tray
  Honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple, seedless grapes, strawberries, kiwi and/or other fruit.
 2. Fresh Vegetable Crudites
  An assortment of broccoli, cauliflower, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, pitted olives, served with ranch and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
 3. Imported and Domestic Cheese Tray
  Includes a combination of: Cubed Cheddar, Swiss, Provolone, Gouda, Muenster and Colby with a cluster of seedless grapes as garnish, and an assortment of crackers.
 4. Baked Brie Cheese Wheel
  Served with a lovely combination of almonds, honey and fresh raspberries with freshly baked French rolls.
 5. Bruscetta
  Fresh vine ripened tomatoes diced and mixed with fresh basil and seasonings. Served with freshly baked Italian bread.
 6. Imported Buffalo Mozzarella
  Served with freshly sliced beefsteak tomatoes, red onions and garnished with fresh basil and virgin olive oil. Served with freshly baked Italian bread.
 7. Assorted Finger Sandwiches
  Includes white meat chicken salad, white meat tuna salad, white meat turkey, ham and cheese, roast beef and cheese on an assortment of freshly baked breads.
 8. Canapes
  Fancy open-faced finger sandwiches including salmon and cream cheese, white meat chicken salad with walnut and cucumber, salami with stuffed queen olive, vegetable cream cheese with black olives and imported ham, and tuna with egg wedge with fresh parsley.
 9. Iced Peel and Eat Shrimp
  Served with lemon and cocktail sauce.

  Joseph's special recipe, served with and assortment of crackers and lemon wedges.

  A large round pumpernickel bread with our homemade spinach cream cheese dip in the center. Served with Pumpernickel bread slices.

  Hot Hors d'oeuvres
 1. Rumaki
  Bacon wrapped chicken livers or artichoke hearts.
 2. Scallops
  Wrapped in bacon and marinated. Served with a smoky barbecue sauce.
 3. Franks (pigs) in a blanket
  A classic of flaky dough wrapped around an all beef cocktail frank.
 4. Chicken Wing Drumettes
  Fried Drumettes served with your choice of sauces (choose 3):
Hot, medium, mild, barbecue, honey mustard.
 5. Swedish Meatballs
  Homemade from freshly ground beef in a savory brown sauce with a hint of nutmeg.
 6. Spanakopita
  Spinach and Feta Cheese gently wrapped in fillo dough and baked to flaky perfection.
 7. Asian Egg Rolls
  Your choice of shrimp, pork or vegetable. Served with spicy mustard and sweet and sour sauces.
 8. Jumbo Stuffed Mushrooms
  Large mushroom caps with a homemade crabmeat stuffing and baked with parmesan cheese on top.
 9. Miniature Beef Wellington
  Tender chunks of filet mignon, wrapped in puff pastry and filled with a mushroom wine sauce. Served with horseradish sauce for dipping.
10. Coconut Chicken
  Chicken breast filets, breaded with fresh coconut and cooked to perfection. Served with honey mustard, ranch and sweet and sour sauces for dipping.
11. Homemade Conch Fritters
  Pieces of Atlantic conch cooked with diced onions and spices, coated in a fritter batter and served with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
12. Teriyaki Beef or Chicken Brochettes
  Marinated beef or chicken in teriyaki, honey, and pineapples. Served on skewers.
13. Hawaiian Style Chicken Kebobs
  Marinated chunks of chicken breast, fresh pineapple and cherries.

  Dusted in seasoned flour, delicately fried and served with Joseph's famous marinara souce.
15. Chicken Tenders
  Lightly breaded chicken breast filets, cooked to a golden brown and served with assorted dipping sauces.

  Penne pasta served in a fresh tomato, basil ,garlic and olive oil sauce.
17. Coconut Shrimp
  Gulf shrimp coated with fresh shredded coconut, and lightly deep fried.

  • Professionally decorated wedding cake is available at an additional charge. Please inquire about styles, flavors, tiers, etc. for your event.
  • Additional desserts are available. Prices available upon request.

  • Complete beverage service is available for $5.50 per guest and includes: Coffee, Tea,Iced Tea, Soda, Assorted Juices (Cranberry, Orange, Tomato, Grapefruit), Ice and Glasses.
  • Joseph's on the Water has a full liquor license and offers you the following:
One (1) hour of open bar $12.95 per guest
Two (2) hours of open bar $15.95 per guest
Three (3) hours of open bar $16.95 per guest
Four (4) hours of open bar $17.95 per guest
Please add $3.00 more per hour, per guest for 'top shelf' liquors.
